TIME MANAGEMENT

The most valuable asset we have as salespeople is time.

 

We all have 24 hours each day but we use our time very differently. Some salespeople use a lot of time to plan for meetings instead of calling new prospects.  Other salespeople are looking for leads during valuable sales time when you can actually meet and sell to prospects. Some salespeople can have 150-200 pickups during a day and some only manage 50 at the same time.

The research shows that sales reps only spend 16-17% of their time in front of a customer. If you want to be successful in sales you also need to be successful in time management.
