STATISTICS

You need to know your numbers.

 

When you are in sales you need to be an expert at your numbers, and you need to keep track daily. You need to know how many customers you need to meet before you sell and you need to know how many customers you need to call to book your meetings.

The biggest problem for salespeople is that they have low activity. They don’t call enough people to book meetings and they don’t meet enough people to sell as much as they would like. But if you don’t even know how many people you call or meet you can’t change it for the better.  You as a salesperson need to take responsibility and don’t wait for your manager to tell you about your own numbers.
