Analyze your sales calls every day! 

The only way to get better in sales is to analyze what you are doing well and what you can improve. This is exactly as in sports or music where you record yourself and analyze your performance. If you for example are going to record a song you will probably listen to it more than a hundred times, before releasing it to the public. After each time you will adjust and make it better.

If you are a football trainer in a great team you will film all the players after each game and watch it many times afterwards. Every player will get their own video with themself so they know what they should practise on.

This is how it should be done in sales too! But the most common reasons why salespeople don’t listen to their own sales calls is because they think it sounds bad, so they let the customer listen to it instead. This is not acceptable.
